Living Large

Observing human nature, I seek answers to my life's big questions. This site reflects my stories. When needed, I change names to protect those, who might prefer to remain innocent. I'm beyond innocent. All content here is copyright © 2006 Donna Barnett. WRITTEN PERMISSION needed to reprint or republish any of the material on my site.

Dance

If everyone danced, would there still be wars?

No matter how I feel going in to dance, I always feel great during and after. Sometimes I can't get over how much fun and joy is in the room, contagious for anyone in need of a lift, a swing, a cha-cha, a smile. Dance is the best anecdote to just about anything.

Last night I had good partners, and went from tired to energized in about fifteen minutes flat. Stay energized for four more hours. Who needs therapy or a pill?

Just dance.
